Please include AT LEAST ONE reference photo. This helps to get an idea of what you'd like tattooed and will help speed up the booking process. Try to include a photo of the "style" of tattoo you are looking for as well as subject matter.

We have the option to include a link to a public Pinterest Board/Google Drive. This allows you to upload unlimited photos to your Pinterest Board/Google Drive folder and add new ones after you have submitted your request. Note, once booked all photos MUST be added a week before your appointment at the latest.

If you are including images directly to the submission form there is a maximum 3 photos. If you have more than 3 please merge them and then upload (jpg, gif, png only) or use the Pinterest link option.
